Hello. I'm Sam. Thank you for considering my profile. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to take the first step and you may be feeling nervous and apprehensive. You may feel like your thought processes are jumbled, you don't know where to start and it feels like your mind is on spin cycle. This constant battle can feel exhausting and overwhelming. My aim will be to help you feel comfortable. I will listen and provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. Being heard for the first time allow us to unload our burdens.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including life transitions, relationship breakdowns, abuse,grief, depression, anxiety and anxiety related issues, work related stress I work from an integrative framework, this allows me to tailor the therapy to your needs. All people are unique and different approaches help different people.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a daunting experience. Its normal to feel scared, nervous and apprehensive.
