I am a Senior Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. My therapeutic work is currently with adults and adolescents with no upper age limit. I can support people with wide range of mental health difficulties, and I have a special interest in OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, hoarding problems, and trauma. I work both face-to-face via my Oxfordshire clinic and online, and can offer a format flexible to your needs.
I provide evidence-based psychological therapy, and my primary therapeutic modality is cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), which is flexibly and collaboratively adapted to your needs, and has a strong research evidence base at treating a wide range of mental health problems.
I believe in developing a safe and respectful relationship, and I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. Therapy is the coming together of two experts: you are the expert in you, and I can offer some expertise on how to treat the problem. We will work to develop a shared understanding of the problem and move towards change.
