I have trained for years in somatic therapy and CBT. I help people understanding why they feel how they feel and how to move forward, by working on both mind and body. I specialise in self esteem, trauma, interpersonal issues, rumination, mood issues, work-life balance, stress management, gender based issues, systemic discrimination and neurodivergence.
Based on my lived experience of mental health, I know how important it is to get honesty, tools and compassion in therapy. I can provide you with that.
