My diploma is in somatic counselling but I integrate it with psychodynamic and person-centered (rogersian) theories and techniques. I have lived experience of being marginalised and this helps me understanding clients that feel "different" in general. LGBTQI+, pagan/neo-pagan and neurodivergent people can find in my practice an understanding and safe space.
I understand the importance of building trust with my clients and that it is earned through honesty, integrity, and compassion. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.
