I understand taking the step to seek help and share your experiences is hard and scary, it takes courage, so trust is paramount within the therapeutic relationship. I am a experienced school based and adult counsellor, I specialise in issues: past/ present relationships, addiction, the effects of others addiction, anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, and low self esteem. Supportive with challenges, in education, bullying, self image, social media, self harm, work and relationships.
How we navigate this in our life can sometimes be so overwhelming or too much to bare. We function with a low vibration, negativity and intrusive thoughts can take over. My core approach is compassion, holistic (Reiki), spiritual and solution focused. My practice space is unique, set in a picturesque, waterside, tranquil environment in the heart of nature.
