Hello, my name is Sally and I will be present with you on your therapeutic journey. I offer a safe space for you to be able to explore you thoughts and feelings working at your pace to prioritise your needs.
I specialise in relationship issues including loss, whether that's Family, Friends, Partners, Customers, Work Colleagues, Staff and Managers, College Peers, Tutors or Pupils, Neighbours or Pets.
Its often challenging to look at areas such as family expectations, sexuality, race, tradition, culture or class.
Historic trauma such as abuse, abandonment, incest grief and loss are sensitive and will be heard without judgement.
In therapy we talk about whatever you feel comfortable to bring and then as the sessions progress we can build a clearer picture to work from. You can explore areas of life that you find difficult and we explore them to find alternative perspectives that may decrease anxiety and stress. I specialise in relationships, bereavement and unpaid carers issues.
I offer a comfortable, relaxed environment in which clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in confidence without being judged. I am a qualified, experienced Counsellor and Supervisor with over 17 years of working within the mental health sector. I am personable, dependable, empathic, supportive and trustworthy. Member of BACP and NCPS.
