As a counselling psychologist, I have helped people to move their lives forward, who had struggled with trauma, loss or bereavement, identity crises, relationship difficulties, body-image issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, sexual and emotional abuse, narcissism, mood swings and addiction, and more. I also specialise in work-related mental health, e.g. imposter syndrome, redundancy, bullying and job dissatisfaction.
If you seek personal counselling, and are happy to meet on a weekly basis, I will help you to navigate this inner exploration to rewrite your narrative and realise positive, lasting change. If you want career counselling, I will support you in making sense of work-related difficulties and identify new possibilities to fulfil your professional potential.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, enabling my flexibility to support your unique and potentially shifting needs.
