MBACP registered and a fully qualified counsellor, I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years. In that time, I've helped clients work through numerous concerns, from addiction, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), to attachment issues and relationships problems.
I have spent a considerable amount of time working with offenders who have drug and alcohol related problems, both in the community and in a prison setting. Treatment around addiction is not just about tackling the addiction, but rather looking at the dependency and exploring the root of the problem considering childhood events and memories.
We are all unique individuals and my approach focuses on carefully tailored integrative therapy. Confidentiality and trust are the foundation of the client/counsellor relationship. I offer a relaxed, comfortable, non-judgemental environment where you are free to share your thoughts and talk about painful, difficult issues in the safety of our space.
