As a Relate family therapist. I have been specifically trained to work with couples, families and individuals. I am certified to work with Young People 11-18 yrs and have spent many hours working in Schools/privately with Young People. Whether you are feeling in a low mood/suffering with anxiety/ facing a crisis or just wanting to spend some quality time to focus upon tough issues you maybe experiencing. We can work together to clarify your needs and develop some tools/skills to help you move forward in your life. In my private tranquil room you will have a safe space to talk confidentially with a focus upon you.
I specialise in working with relationship difficuties, working with couples requires particular skills and experience to manage two peoples needs in one session. Working alongside adolsecents has allowed me to recognise they need to feel valued and heard before their work can begin. I have a wide range of tools/skills to use with my clients.
