I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist working within a pluralistic modality. Originally I trained as an Integrative Counsellor, qualifying in 2017 and have been working in a therapeutic capacity since 2015. The key to the way I work is in the relationship we build with each other, to facilitate exploring your thinking, feelings and experience. I work in a person centred way which is pluralistic, meaning I have a range of training, research based inter and experience to draw upon. I believe that you are the expert in your own feelings and experience, although you may not be feel like an expert in yourself at times.
Within my counselling practice I work with individuals and intimate partner relationships. As a Sex and Relationship Trainee Therapist I am currently working with individuals who would like to work with sexual response, sexual function, painful sex, issues around desire and arousal, low sexual desire, gender, sexuality, sexual health and fertility.
My practice supports Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity, Kink Affirmative and Sex Worker Friendly.
