I offer a safe and confidential space to explore wherever you are in your life. A space to come into relationship with yourself. I offer weekly sessions in person in Cheltenham (Mondays) and Nailsworth. I also offer some online sessions. I work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, loss and other areas of the human experience
I work with individuals on a path of self awareness, seeking to improve their lives by deepening their relationship with themselves and others. I offer a holistic perspective, having trained in Psychosynthesis and I draw upon depth psychology, Jungian psychology and humanistic models. I draw on my practice of mindfulness
