Are you wanting to work out why patterns keep repeating in your relationships, or maybe you are a couple wanting to improve communication and intimacy? I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and trauma therapist, offering therapy to individuals, couples and groups. My main approach is Transactional Analysis, a model to help us understand ourselves and our relationships better, and find ways to make the changes we want.
I have extensive experience of supporting people with a variety of issues, and I have some areas of specialism, including: relationships, trauma, bereavement and loss, and helping people to navigate life changes and transitions. I also welcome the topic of spirituality to sessions for those who either hold a faith or identify as spiritual in a broader sense.
