I offer a flexible approach to therapy, combining methods such as Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and mindfulness practices to meet your individual needs. I work with clients who are seeking support with emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and phobias. I specialise in working with people managing life transitions, such as menopause, divorce, and loss of self-identity. Whether navigating personal growth, overcoming negative thought patterns, or dealing with complex emotions, I can support you to understand yourself and create lasting change.
I am a professional counsellor and have completed training in multiple therapeutic approaches, which means that I can offer you integrative therapy sessions, tailored to meet your individual needs. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and a registered member of the BACP. I am also ASIST (suicide prevention) trained and a Mental Health First Aider.
Life can be challenging and complex and I can help you to explore your feelings with compassion and empathy providing a safe, accepting space where you can be free to explore your thoughts within a supportive therapeutic relationship. I have a non-judgemental approach and respect your autonomy and individuality. If you have any questions please get in touch.
