Dr Sally Martin began working in NHS based psychological services in 2008 and has a busy private practice now established. She works with people with a range of mental health problems. Sally works with adults and young children with mild to moderate mental health difficulties and trauma. She has extensive experience of working with loss, trauma and parenting difficulties.
Sally offers evidence based therapies including CBT, EMDR, ACT and CFT. She is trained to offer the Adult Attachment Interview. She can also deliver attachment based parenting interventions including Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and Circle of Security Parenting.
Sally offers a confidential and non judgemental space to explore emotional and mental health difficulties. She is passionate about building collaborative relationships with clients, using a compassionate approach throughout sessions.
