It is ok to need help and support sometimes, I provide a warm and confidential space where clients can talk openly and freely, without judgment. As an integrative therapist I have many different models of working to suit each client as I believe that all of us are unique. I can help you learn about yourself and the relationships around you, seeing a different perspective is often very powerful. I believe in empowering my clients with the tools they need for change and moving forward. I am positive and nurturing, I use humour and occasional challenging to build a trusting relationship where clients can explore their thoughts
I am an effective Integrative Counsellor, able to help you make better choices for yourself. I have additional training in Mindfulness, CBT, Loss & Bereavement, working with Muslim clients, Motivational Interviewing and I have experience of working within charities for Mental Health, LGBT Cymru Helpline and Cancer Support Charity.
Whatever the reason you would like to have someone to talk to, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, loneliness, covid, abuse the list goes on, I am an effective therapist who will be by your side to help you find coping strategies and positive changes in your life.
