I work with a wide variety of issues including work stress, grief, anxiety, anger issues, trauma, gender, sexuality, sex, loneliness or domestic abuse, OCD. I hold a non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings freely and openly, finding coping strategies for positive changes in your life.
I am a warm, friendly therapist who is able to help you make better choices for yourself. I have additional training in Mindfulness, CBT, Loss & Bereavement, working with Muslim clients, Motivational Interviewing and I have experience of working within charities for Mental Health, LGBT Cymru Helpline and Cancer Support Charity.
