Bereavement Support Group (free)
I currently offer a FREE bereavement support group in conjunction with a funeral directors - you do not have to have been a client of theirs. This is a drop in group but it would be great if you could let me know you are coming. Please note that this group is held once a month on the last Thursday of the month in Kettering - please call for further details. Please also note that there is no group held in December.
Small Group Therapy
I also offer Small Group Therapy which lasts for 6 weeks and you will need to commit to attending each session. There is an initial one to one assessment which is charged at £45 , the group therapy fees start from £25 per session. There will never be more then 6 members to a group. Groups can be held either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
