About
During these uncertain times of COVID-19, there is one constant that we can draw upon and that is Mother Nature - our original context and fundamental place of belonging. Having therapy or mindfulness sessions outside in nature has a calming influence on our nervous system and offers an opportunity to go back to our roots and escape from the current stresses and being indoors. Whether being with the horses or walking outside in the local countryside, we give ourselves the space to safely explore our experiences of life, build awareness in the present moment and find choice and renewed purpose in our life.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Practitioner and Equine Therapist offering ten years of experience working with individuals and groups. I work in a creative, practical and collaborative way, drawing on the latest neuroscience research and evidence-based theories according to what works for you.
It is really important for you to feel comfortable with who you work with. Whether choosing Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy or outdoor therapy, I offer a friendly, warm, non-judgemental & safe environment. Why not have an initial session so that you can decide whether working together is right for you.
