I am a humanistic and integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (BSc, MBACP), working in person and online from the Carrington / Forest Fields area of Nottingham. I work with adults and young people, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. I have extensive experience working with women, and the complex issues we can face. My passion lies in working with young women in recovery from addictions and disordered eating. I believe that together, we can safely explore deeper into these creative ways of managing the impact of trauma, at a pace that feels right for you.
Whatever it is that brings you into counselling, I'm here to support you in overcoming challenges, empower you towards more fulfilling relationships with both yourself, and with others, and invite you to access and express your whole self with care and curiosity.
I offer a free 20-minute initial assessment via Zoom. During this time, we will discuss what brings you to counselling and answer any questions you may have. During our first session, I may ask you some questions to help me gain a deeper sense of you, and the issues you are facing. We'll then decide together if I'm the right person to help you move forward.
