You’re probably experiencing some difficulties at the moment, either as a couple or as an individual, and looking for a space to explore what is going on for you, understand why you feel as you do, and perhaps put in place some strategies for making a positive change. You are not alone in looking for support, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable in doing so.
I offer short or longer term therapy for couples and individuals, and work in a person centred way, providing a warm, genuine, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk about what is going on for you, or for you and your partner. I work with adults of all ages across a range of presenting difficulties.
Research tells us that 30% of therapeutic change is down to the relationship between client and counsellor, so it is important that you work with someone with whom you feel comfortable.
