A first step toward therapy can eventually lead to profound personal growth. I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist (MBACP), with a publishing background. I offer a warm, calm and confidential space to explore your concerns. I am LGBTQIA+ sympathetic and work relationally with adults of all ages (including young adults and people in later life) from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
Additionally to my core practice, I support women experiencing maternal or perinatal mental health issues, and those in controlling or coercive relationships, as well as neurodiverse individuals, including those on the autism spectrum; and offer therapeutic support to families raising neurodiverse children, reflecting my experience in the disability sector.
Sessions look to identify patterns of thinking and emotionality, and their origins. I don't offer advice, but help empower you to make decisions aligned with an authentic self we can uncover through creative collaboration. By understanding the influences shaping your life, we can work toward meaningful change and a more fulfilling, often simpler, life.
