Welcome. I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, working with young people suffering from eating disorders. I have gained specialist skills and experience in my role as a psychotherapist, working in two specialist eating disorders inpatient units in London. I have also undertaken considerable eating disorders training to inform and support my work. I work with anorexia nervosa, ARFID, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and OSFED, although a formal diagnosis is not necessary.

I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy for children, adolescents and families from Roehampton University and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I have a diploma from the National Centre for Eating Disorder/. I now run my own private psychotherapy practice in Hove, East Sussex and online..
I engage clients by being warm, approachable and curious about their lives. I am gentle and empathetic and take the time to understand each individual's illness and presentation. I support my clients with care and sensitivity towards recovery.
