I offer a confidential and safe space for you to explore a variety of issues. I aim to develop a trusting relationship which is non-judgemental and wholly accepting you and your own way of navigating life. I am flexible and attuned to your pace and requirements, different approaches may be called upon to address individual needs. I work with a range of issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships/Family difficulties, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Abuse, Grief, Life changes/ Transitions. I am an integrative counsellor that has worked in person centered organisations but use other ways of working such as transactional analysis, Psychodynamic counselling and Gestalt.

I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is of paramount importance. I have Training on the impact of trauma, rape, sexual abuse, self-harm, domestic violence, and shame, Whatever you are facing contact me and together we can begin to address what is keeping you stuck and also how to move forward.

I offer home visits as well as office based sessions, I can also offer telephone and Skype sessions
