I'm an experienced and qualified Person Centred therapist offering 1:1 counselling / psychotherapy and supervision. I offer both short and long term work with adults and young people. I offer face to face, online (zoom) and telephone counselling sessions.
I will offer you an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgemental setting. As a therapist I aim to create a relationship with you that is grounded in respect, openness and empathy. Therapy can be both challenging and empowering.
