I personalise my work with you and provide tools to support you to work through the difficulties you are experiencing. For many years I have supported young people and adults with their emotional wellbeing; delivering counselling and psychotherapy in educational settings, schools, colleges, GP surgeries, and community counselling services in London, Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset. I tailor my work to support you. There is no 'one size fits all' approach to talking therapy.
I work with adolescents(face to face Dorset and Hampshire), adults and couples(online). I've supported people with many issues; anxiety, depression, postnatal depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, sexuality, identity, gender dysphoria, self esteem, self harm, abuse, adoption, trauma, bereavement/loss. I am an LGBTQIA ally and an affirmative therapist.
