Hello! My name is Sally and I work with individuals and Couples. For individuals, my chief aim is to build a strong relationship with you in which you feel valued, are able to self reflect, take do-able risks and actualise your authentic self. For couples, likewise, but the focus is to work through sticking points/repetitive conflicts and reach a collaborative peace. I deal with many issues but specialise in those of you trying to manage Post Natal Depression, Post Menopausal Transition, Depression, Anxiety and Couples Conflict. Support is here!
Talking therapy works!. You have the key to unlock balance and contentment. I can offer you a safe space where you can talk, listen to your mind, make connections and reach realisations. The desired outcome is that you can make sense of trauma, reach acceptance, feel stronger, at ease and ready to navigate life. Be your authentic self(ves).
I have been on both sides of the process and have made the initial tentative steps to secure a counsellor. I have procrastinated prior to seeking help so totally get how hard it is. Once you start therapy however, it will all seem very 'usual' and will drift into a valuable time that's yours to offload and re-boot your mind. I look forward to meeting you!
