I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor and an individual member with BACP - the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. (MBACP) Accredited practitioner.
I offer a 15 minutes free consultation to understand your needs and how we might work together. I am trained Integratively and my aim is to offer you a safe and confidential space where you are able to explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I will work with you, at your pace and enable you to see and develop towards the outcome that you want to achieve.
I have experience working with teenagers, adults, couples and families. I have supported people struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood issues, Low self- esteem, bullying, autism, grief, loss, emotional or physical abuse, addictions, PTSD, relationship difficulties, divorce, bereavement or simply coming to terms with challenges that life throws at us.
I am mindful of cultural and familial pressures, expectations and of the struggles and hardship that people face specially coming from diverse backgrounds Feeling stuck and suffering in silence can lead to loneliness, isolation and depression.
