Hi I’m Lyndsay Gent (née Sage). I am a qualified core Adlerian Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and a member of BACP. I use a variety of modalities and the various training and CPD courses I have attended to tailor therapy to my clients individual needs. You can find a little more info on my Facebook page or Instagram. I offer therapy from my home in Pembrokeshire, in a secure relaxed environment or online, whichever you feel would work for you. Counselling can be a frightening prospect, but taking that first step in making contact is often the hardest.
I specialise in Neurodivergence but therapy needs to be tailored to a person not diagnosis, while a diagnosis helps to give an understanding, one size doesn’t fit all and we are all different.
I help both neurotypical and neurodivergent people to identify challenges and build coping strategies to manage difficult situations in a safe, non-judgemental way.
Counselling helps us to cope with a wide range of issues like bereavement or relationships, redundancy or work-related stress or explore issues that we aren’t always able or ready to discuss with peers.
