Having worked as a registered nurse and psychological therapist in the NHS for over 20 years I am now a freelance therapist, mindfulness teacher and hypnotherapist based in Edinburgh. I also design and deliver trainings nationally on a range of topics. Both in groups and one to one, I have worked with a diverse range of people enabling them to overcome difficulties, change behaviours and become empowered.
