I’m an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in working with women in 3 main areas: infertility, seeking relationships, and life transitions. I work with all aspects of infertility and fertility challenges, including IVF, miscarriage, pregnancy after loss, and the grief that often accompanies fertility uncertainty. I work with women who are struggling to find the kind of relationship they truly want, helping them to examine the reasons why and move forward. And I support women in dealing with a range of life transitions including changing career, becoming a mum, perimenopause, ending a relationship and more.
I also work with men and women on a range of other issues including depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, feeling empty or unfulfilled, and more. I have many years of experience working with these issues and I enjoy supporting clients with these as well.
I know the prospect of counselling or psychotherapy may feel daunting, but I can assure you that I welcome clients with compassion, understanding and support.
