Hi and welcome my page. I offer a safe online therapeutic service. Do you feel lost, desperate, alone and have tried other avenues but still find your right back at the same place. At Safe Space Therapy we can explore why you are not able to move forward and be the authentic person you can be. We can explore the blocks and barriers and old patterns that have suppressed you in life. I have a strong ethos with supporting clients to explore and set their own inner boundary, therefore allowing and empowering you to find your own inner therapist.
As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am highly trained and experienced in using Gestalt Therapy to help people who experience problematic thoughts, feelings. My practice is to Mindfully, support your knowledge of causes of concerns in a safe space. so you can discover what to change, accept and move forward.
I began my therapeutic journey as a client exploring my own healing regarding childhood trauma, dependencies and identity. I was able to explore my blocks and difficulties and make sense of them whilst receiving compassion and understanding from my therapist. This experience enabled me to move forward and inspired me to train as a therapist.
