We all have stages of struggles within our life and sometimes we need some additional support to help us become the best version of ourselves. I offer a calm, friendly, safe space to explore your issues. I work with both individuals from the age of 10 and offer couples counselling and family therapy.
I have experienced through working and volunteering within the mental health sector that people need their situation to be approached at a sensitive pace, without judgment and to be shown compassion.
I follow a person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy approach within my work. I specialise in anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I also have experience working with low self-esteem, domestic abuse and violence, bipolar, personality disorders, stress, phobias and relationship problems.
Sessions can be face to face, online or via phone, and can be short or long term. My practice is based in the centre of Truro.
