Hi, I’m Sade. I'm a registered Psychologist, an Accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist, and an EMDR therapist. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as a senior clinician. I specialise in trauma, anxiety, shame and relationship patterns. You might be feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. Things can feel confusing and overwhelming. No matter how hard you try, you still find yourself in the same place. I work with people to understand these patterns and where they come from, so things can begin to feel clearer and more manageable.
I’ve received in-depth training in specialist therapies (e.g. Cognitive Analytic Therapy, EMDR, Compassion Focussed therapy, Schema therapy, Radically Open-DBT) so therapy is attuned to your needs. I'm experienced in working with trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, and problems that feel complicated.
