The greatest difficulty most of us face is finding the strength and resilience to be the best version of ourselves despite life struggles. My work is to facilitate growth towards authenticity, empower freedom of expression (feelings, thoughts and emotions) and provide an empathetic, non-judgemental and confidential listening ear. I Provide an environment to gain mental space, explore thoughts, feelings, choices and consequences. You deserve to feel better, having the space to be real, authentic and free to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I have extensive experience of working with trauma, childhood sexual abuse, family, work and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, immigration/relocation and loss, amongst other things. I work traditionally offering talking therapy but also believe that at times when words can be difficult, creative exercise can facilitate expression.
Taking the first step to talk to someone other than friends or family can be scary but I encourage you to try it, what do you have to lose? feel free to call me for a free 15-minute telephone consultation, where I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.
