I provide a safe space for you to explore and challenge your thoughts and feelings. I facilitate and support you during your sessions helping you access and make sense of feelings by acknowledging and giving validation to your experiences and we work on increasing self awareness and recognising unhealthy coping mechanisms which may no longer be effective.
It can be challenging to work through difficult feelings and experiences but my role is to support you and facilitate the process so you are not doing this alone. Join me as we talk about relationships, abuse, anxiety or depression in a safe and supportive group environment and feel less isolated. Groups are to be held online on a weekly basis giving you the space to reflect, overcome, strengthen and feel empowered. Minimum of 6 participants.
