We all feel anxious, overwhelmed, sad, lost and alone at times. Our work together will explore your feelings to help you to find your way forward. I have over 13 years experience working within the NHS and private practice. I support clients with a wide range of challenges including; anxiety, depression, low self esteem, abuse, addiction, anger management, family issues, trauma, self harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship breakdown, loss, bereavement, ADHD, OCD, feeling sad, and more. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk through your difficult feelings. I offer a FREE 30 minute introductory video or phone call.
