I can help you with a number of struggles including anxiety, depression, trauma, and marital problems. I use also biblical principles alongside my counselling techniques. However, is not necessary to be a believer as the principles and methods that I use are interwoven into both sound psychological theories and faith..
My sessions are client-led which means I'll adapt to your needs in order to enable you to flourish in the best possible way. My aim is to bring hope, wellness and empowerment to all my clients in order enable them to make the changes needed to improve their life.
