I am a Glasgow based integrative counsellor specialising in anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse and LGBTQIA+ issues. Working with me will allow you to understand the impact of the past on your current situation and find creative ways for moving forward.
I have lived in different parts of the world which has given me a diverse understanding of the lived experience. I believe that talking through our issues can provide a deep sense of relief. Its my passion to support my clients as they come to terms with their inner truth and find meaning in their life.
I have supported people on issues around familial acceptance, loss, sexual abuse, and forging a stable identity in the aftermath of traumatic events. Additionally, I have worked with a diverse range of clients from the LGBTQIA+ community.
I currently work as a guest speaker at the University of Strathclyde, alongside my private practice.
Counselling is a deeply personal experience and I feel honoured each time I listen to and sit beside my clients.
