I offer long and short term telephone, video and face to face therapy and a variety of counselling approaches, adapting to meet your needs. I have experience of working with depression, suicidal ideation, self harm, anxiety, anger, family breakdown, loss and bereavement, fears of the future, stress, bullying, sexuality, gender identity and substance misuse.
I appreciate it can be difficult to reach out and get support, especially if you are unsure what to expect. I do my utmost to help everyone I talk with feel at ease, and to have confidence in the therapeutic relationship we develop together. Whether older or younger, I trust and respect every individual as the expert of their own thoughts and feelings.
