Over the last 16 years I have assisted hundred's of people with their personal challenges , challenges spanning the full spectrum of human difficulties; dealing with loss, what choices to make, stuckness in any life domain, recovering from divorce , simply being a teenager or managing the role of parent; to name but a handful. There really is nothing new under the sun, we all have our personal struggles and there are times where assistance can make a substantial difference to how we think and feel about ourselves and the life we inhabit.
I am committed to my clients and keep a small caseload in order to give proper attention to each individuals process. My role is that of companion, assisting you to make sense of and become more skillful in how to address your concerns; both emotionally and practically.
