My ideal client will want to work towards processing their feelings, achieving their goals and be willing to work with me to make this happen. I like to work with clients that are struggling with making sense of life. Feeling unable to move on from past experiences, having that space and time to reflect and process things can make a huge difference. I enjoy cultivating an environment to help my clients work through life's challenges.
I offer my clients a benevolent, warm, judgement-free space. From time to time, we all need help to get back on track. I help my clients to normalise their feelings, helping them understand that it is ok to not be ok. My specialism is bereavement, I am comfortable working with death, and I help my clients come to terms with life after loss.
I want to understand how it feels to be in your shoes. So, I can help you work through those difficult feelings and emotions.
