Many of the people I work with are children (8+), young people, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or the challenges of navigating a world that doesn’t always understand their needs. Some are neurodivergent and looking for a space where they can be fully themselves; others are living with long‑term health conditions or medically unexplained symptoms and want support that recognises both their emotional and physical experiences. My aim is to offer a calm, validating space where their struggles are taken seriously and their strengths are recognised.
As a fully accredited CBT therapist and mental health nurse, I specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients, children and young people, and those living with LTC or MUS. I combine evidence‑based CBT with a compassionate, flexible approach that adapts to each person’s communication style, sensory needs, and goals.
