I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, or struggle with cultural heritage and identity. I also have an interest in Couples therapy. Applying an empathetic approach, my goal is to create an environment where we can explore issues together, and work towards greater clarity and emotional freedom.
I am a trained Pluralistic Counsellor so work with a range of psychotherapeutic models, applying the most appropriate method unique to your needs.
