About

Experiences in life can sometimes prevent us from living our life as fully as we would like to or in the way we wish. Anxiety, depression and other issues can leave us feeling confused and stuck, unable to move forward and take charge of our lives. I offer one-one counselling in a private, confidential and safe space. This can help you explore and understand your experiences, your feelings and your thoughts. It can help you consider and deal with the dilemmas and decisions you face and it can help you understand your patterns, to see new perspectives for your future and to regain the confidence to make the changes you want to.
I can offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk about and explore those difficulties. I'm an integrative counsellor, whose core approach is person-centred, humanistic and also nature-based. I've worked particularly with anxiety, depression, relationships, bereavement, trauma, suicide, and disordered eating.
You can have an initial consultation without any obligation. We can then look at times and frequency of meetings to suit you and your work. I work short- and long-term in an office in Bristol city centre and also in nature-based settings, if that is something you appreciate. I am a member of BACP and am committed to continuing my professional development.
