About
Spaces on Tuesday & Thurs mornings - Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or finding the day to day harder than it used to be? I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist specialising in depression and anxiety related problems with over 15 years clinical experience within mental health and psychological therapy services. All sessions are online. My private therapy practice provides a safe and supportive space to help clients explore and address issues and find strategies to better the day-to-day.
I use CBT and ACT with a range of mood, anxiety and mental health concerns. I work in a practical and direct way with the issues you bring. I find it helpful to use worksheets to build psychological understanding and explanations of the problems you experience. We then think about strategies to help lead to change, and practice these between the sessions
I work with the issues that people want to bring and feel are important to them. You may have a particular concern you wish to work on or you might be uncertain about what specific category or diagnosis your experiences fit with. That’s perfectly ok too; the treatment will be tailored to individual needs.
