Are you considering starting therapy? Navigating life's challenges can be difficult on your own. Perhaps you are going through a life change, struggling with relationships, or questioning your identity, or direction? I can offer a supportive safe space, free of judgement, to explore your experiences and next steps. I believe there’s no "one size fits all" way of doing therapy, so I take an integrative approach to tailor our sessions to you. This could mean person-centered counselling, relational therapy, coaching strategies, or creative methods to best support your personal growth, and therapy goals.
As well as my accredited Level 6 Diploma, my additional training includes: Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) Therapy, C-PTSD and Autism, and ADHD. I have a particular interest in working with adult clients who are considering, awaiting a diagnosis, or recently diagnosed with ADHD as I am aware this process can be complex and emotional.
I am neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ allied. I aim to create a safe, inclusive and empathetic space where you are able to feel heard and valued as your whole self.
