If you are going through a life change, struggling with relationships, or questioning your identity, I offer a supportive space, free of judgement, to explore your experiences and next steps. I believe there’s no "one size fits all" way of doing therapy, so I take an integrative approach to tailor our sessions to you. This could mean person-centered counselling where you bring in an issue each week, coaching strategies to develop coping skills, or creative methods to explore confusing feelings. I aim to be flexible to best support your personal growth, and therapy goals.
My work experience comes from NHS primary care, counselling emergency service workers, and private practice. As well as my accredited Diploma, my training includes: Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) Therapy, Queerness and Non-Monogamy, C-PTSD and Autism.

I am neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ allied. It's important to me that therapy is an inclusive empathetic space where you are able to feel heard and valued as your whole self.
