I’m a Jungian Analyst/Psychotherapist and Music Therapist - working with people to provide a creative, non-judgemental, space to explore the issues that they are experiencing. I provide a therapeutic space where we can work together to foster curiosity and a deeper understanding of these difficulties, in an environment that is welcoming and reflective. I offer a confidential and safe space in which to talk about whatever issues may be troubling you. I work with people either weekly or on a more intensive basis. I have experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and across all age groups.
Psychotherapy is a form of in depth talking therapy where we explore patterns of behaviours and ways of relating to others which may be deeply rooted in previous experiences or memories. Exploring these patterns can help us to understand our internal world, and to see how this may be impacting on our current day to day lives.
I have over 10 years experience of working as a psychodynamic music therapist in the NHS and in private practice and currently work as a Jungian psychotherapist in private practice.
