I offer psychotherapeutic counselling and specialise in neurodiversity, relationships, communication, trauma and anxiety. I am a Dr D. Muss registered REWIND trauma therapist, RELATE counsellor and BAPAM Performing Arts Registered practitioner.
Every person and experience through your life will affect you. How you process, respond and react to distressing thoughts, relationships, emotions and sensations will be normal for you, but may no longer be helpful. You will receive a non- judgemental, confidential, collaborative safe space to clear the way for reflection, calm, understanding, trust and change, for a happier healthier you.
Once you are comfortable in our working relationship, our work may cover healthy communication and coping strategies, reflection, relaxation, assertiveness, relationship and confidence building as well as body awareness. Time to be heard and maybe to just get stuff off your chest. REWIND is a separate trauma treatment to counselling. Please enquire.
My work involves contracts with organisations such as The Centre for Crisis Psychology(CCP), EQUITY, Royal College of Music and the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine(BAPAM), International Association of Rewind Trauma Therapy (IARTT), as well as individuals seeking Counselling, PTSD and trauma support. I am a trained RELATE counsellor.
