As an Integrative, Trauma Informed and EMDR therapist, I work with trauma processing, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, bereavement and loss. I offer a safe, supportive and non judgemental space for you to feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore those experiences at your own pace to make sense of how you feel and find the way forward.
