Life can be tough sometimes and we can easily find ourselves stuck in cycles of unhelpful thinking or behaving. My aim is to help you to become unstuck and access a healthier, happier version of yourself. You may not know exactly how or why things aren't working, so an initial assessment can help us to figure this out together. I believe that we all possess the knowledge and resources to address our problems - I see my role as helping you to unlock this knowledge, access these skills, and acquire some additional tools along the way.

I am a fully qualified Integrative / CBT Therapist, registered with the BABCP and BACP. I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space. I have a Post-graduate Diploma in CBT and Integrative Counselling. This means I can offer many different therapeutic approaches in order to meet your needs; I endeavour to tailor treatment to each individual client.
