Hello! I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, working from a lovely studio in Wimbledon Village. I work with clients facing a range of difficult issues in their lives. This can be long or short-term work. I accompany my clients along their the journey of deeper self-knowledge, understanding how adverse childhood circumstances left their mark. I help people to discover lost parts of themselves, so they can show up more fully in the world. This involves finding new qualities, taking back projections, reconciling opposites in the psyche and finding balance.
I have a I have a post-graduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy as well as an advanced diploma in transpersonal psychotherapy from CCPE (College of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education). I am a trauma-informed therapist and a qualified EMDR practitioner. I often work with dreams and have an advanced diploma in dreamwork (CCPE).
